The baseline pricing of the Lift Beds start at $23,800.00 any size
This covers the Mechanism Only.
The following steps and information are needed to determine final cost:
1) Installation Site Status – May require site modification (Requires inspection by Lift Bed Certified Installer, $2500.00 Non-Refundable Consultant Fee required Post pre-qualification.
2) Possible Local Permits (Based upon the finished amenities and how invasive the installation is)
3) Electrical Work may be required. (Depending upon the surround system cosmetics)
4) Size of Mattress & Lathe – Not included in price of mechanism (affects shipping to destination in mainland USA)
5) Mainland Destination Shipping cost
6) Installation of Mechanism (Determined after site inspection, approx $3000.00 plus cosmetics)
7) Finished Amenities (Usually requires a Licensed Contractor. Subject to local requirements – We can provide if needed)
A non refundable - Site Inspection Consultant Fee of $2500.00 is required to initiate the process for a serious prospect. This is required only after site and client is prequalified.
(This covers the cost of your Site Inspection (by us) and design colaboration activities.)
